My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was huge, making it very comfortable. The facilities were great, including a comfortable bed, breakfast included, free wifi, and a beautiful design. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Taikooli shopping mall. However, the rooms were ultra-modern yet a bit dark and dingy.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They noticed I drank a lot of water and even provided me with extra bottles without me asking. They were very friendly and helpful, especially with assisting me with my luggage.

The hotel's location was great, within the Taikoo Li area with extensive shopping and restaurants nearby. I had a wonderful experience at Mi Xun Tea House thanks to Sylvie, Ares, WenJing, and HuanHuan.

The dining experience was good overall, but I found some alternatives outside the hotel. The food quality was excellent, although the variety could be improved.
